Size or Design Exchange: If you need to exchange your product for a different size or an alternative design, we will be happy to help you. The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered, with no signs of use or damage.
Timeframe for Requesting Exchanges: You have up to 8 business days from receipt of your order to request an exchange. We recommend that you contact our customer service team as soon as possible to initiate the exchange process. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges after this period has expired.
Promotional Products: Products purchased on promotion are not eligible for exchange.
Quality Guarantee: We offer a 60-day warranty for manufacturing defects, including peeling and seams. If you experience any problems within this period, please contact us so we can resolve the issue immediately.
Shipping Costs: In the case of exchanges due to size or design, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
